Product associate manager (secondment)
Phia was a product associate manager for Nesta's Mission Discovery, on secondment from the Civil Service Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) Fast Stream.
Working within the Mission Discovery team, she contributed to Nesta’s suite of automated horizon scanning products, such as the Mission Radar. Her role involved defining product features, conducting user research, and prototyping the integration of artificial intelligence to identify emerging innovation trends.
Prior to Nesta, Phia served as a delivery manager at the Ministry of Justice as part of her DDaT Fast Stream rotations. In this role, she focused on driving digital transformation and user-centred service delivery within the justice system, using agile methodologies for continuous improvement of cyber security operations.
Phia holds a LLB (Hons) in Law with American Studies from the University of Sussex, which included a year abroad at the University of Washington.
