Director of People and Organisational Development, People Team
As Director of People and Organisational Development, Tath partners with the Nesta executive and wider leadership team to develop and deliver a people plan that enables our strategy.
Tath is driven by building healthy, inclusive, learning-focused and agile workplace cultures, and leads HR teams that are people-centred and focused on excellence in people partnering.
Before Nesta, Tath was a Senior Human Capital Leader at PwC. She worked alongside PwC Leaders and, over 10 years and 2 continents, made tangible improvements to her business areas across measures of productivity, performance & potential, engagement, diversity & inclusion, health & wellbeing, purpose, culture & values and talent development.
Prior to PwC, Tath worked as a Consultant Psychologist in an Australian health consulting firm, progressing from graduate to a core member of the executive team, leading service delivery across some of the organisation's largest geographies and key accounts. Tath holds a degree in Psychological Science from the University of Queensland and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
Outside of work, you'll find Tath trying to keep up with her 3-year-old daughter, listening to music or going to gigs, head down in a new book, immersed in a new film or plotting her next adventure.
