Senior Analyst, healthy life mission
Shyamolie joined Nesta in September 2023 as a senior analyst on the healthy life mission.
Shyamolie recently completed her Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford. Prior to that, Shyamolie worked in the CEO's office at Teach For India, a non-profit aiming to provide quality education to children from low-income families across India. One of her key projects was designing and launching a volunteer programme to deliver remote education to children during Covid-19 mandated school closures.
Shyamolie was also a senior business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where she did an internal rotation as a global social responsibility fellow. Her work included projects on volunteering, sustainability and capacity planning during Covid-19. Shyamolie completed her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in Psychology and Business Management.
Outside of work, Shyamolie enjoys cooking, trying out new restaurants and reading thrillers.
