Researcher, Health Lab
Rachel was a researcher in the Health Lab working on the NHS England's Health as a Social Movement programme in collaboration with RSA and the New Economics Foundation.
Rachel qualified as a Social Worker in 2009 and has spent her career in the third sector, much of this working front line with vulnerable people, particularly around gender based violence. Prior to this role Rachel was working in the quality standards unit at NCVO.
Alongside her paid employment, Rachel voluntarily co-directs the IC Change Campaign which seeks to bring about ratification of The Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention) by the UK Government.
