Assistant Programme Manager
Pippa was an Assistant Programme Manager in the Challenge Prize Centre, working on European prizes including the European Social Innovation Competition and the Smart Ageing Prize.
Pippa joined Nesta from Climate-KIC, the EU’s main climate innovation initiative. At Climate-KIC she managed an accelerator programme, organising grant funding, coaching, incubation space and brokering investment relationships for clean technology start-ups.
She began her career at Student Hubs through the Worthwhile Graduate Scheme, designing and implementing skills-based volunteering opportunities for students at Imperial College London.
Pippa has a BA in History from the University of Cambridge. Whilst at university she was a founding member of Cambridge Development Initiative, a student-led international development charity operating in Tanzania, of which she remains a trustee.
Pippa is from the Lake District so spends as much time as possible up a hill or by a lake. She enjoys exploring London on foot, modern art and funk and soul music.
