Nour works in the strategy unit, helping to develop and deliver Nesta’s 10-year strategy.
Prior to Nesta, Nour worked in strategy and planning at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she was responsible for driving strategic projects across the External Relations department, comprised of private fundraising, marketing, policy and advocacy, and communications. Her work ranged from supporting multi-year strategic planning to leading specialised projects such as delivering large-scale change management across the programmes and fundraising departments. Before joining the IRC, Nour worked in strategic communications.
Nour holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA in History and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London.
Outside work, Nour enjoys cooking and baking, going to the theatre, reformer pilates and has recently picked up pottery.
