Before joining Nesta, Joe worked at an education technology start up, helping to build an immersive digital learning platform for school students across the world.

Prior to this, he worked in the creative arts, returned to study mathematics as a mature student, and later completed a coding bootcamp.

Joe has a keen interest in technology which is inclusive, accessible and usable. He most enjoys working on projects that promote sustainability and positive social impact.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, cooking, and going to gigs.
