Jenni Lloyd

Programme Manager, Innovation Programmes

Jenni was a Senior Programme Manager, responsible for the development, management and delivery of government innovation programmes.

In particular, she:

Led ShareLab, a grant funding programme supporting social enterprises using digital platforms to relieve pressure on public services;
Engaged with leaders from local government & civil society to develop ShareTown, an exploration of a positive future for public service delivery;
Developed Flourish!, a board game that acts as a tool for learning about community wealth building and new place-based economic models;
Designed & led the Upstream Collaborative, a learning network of 20 pioneering local authorities;
Supported the Upstream Collaborative to create the New Operating Models Handbook, a series of learning products informed by their experience.

Jenni is a designer and strategist with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of fields – from digital and data, to user experience, to organisational design and culture change, to social and public sector innovation. Having started her career as a designer and producer of digital products and services, she transitioned to consultancy, spending nine years working with large organisations to help them develop the new processes and practices required to operate successfully in a digital world. In 2012 she co-founded the Meaning Conference, an annual event that explores the critical role business has to play in creating a more sustainable, equitable and humane world.
