Programme Manager, Challenge Works
She/Her
Hannah is a Programme Manager at Challenge Works.
She is currently managing the Water Breakthrough and Water Discovery Challenges, which are part of the £200m Ofwat Innovation Fund seeking innovative solutions to issues that the water industry is facing.
Before joining Challenge Works, Hannah worked at a large UK health charity, where she helped develop organisational strategies, and designed and oversaw key programmes of work to deliver strategic goals. She also led a cross-organisational project to better understand and measure impact.
Hannah likes to think creatively and strategically to understand how small changes can lead to wider, lasting impacts. She is a keen believer in using learning to improve, and is always looking for opportunities for reflection and development.
Outside work, she enjoys being outdoors (be it swimming, running or cycling), cooking, and practising her slightly rusty French.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
Join our mailing list to receive the Nesta Edit, our regular newsletter showcasing how we design, test and scale solutions to some of society's biggest challenges, with updates from Nesta, BIT, Challenge Works and the wider innovation sector.
