Felipe Ferreira

Group Internal Communications Advisor

Felipe joins Nesta and the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) as the Group Internal Communications Advisor to deliver an integrated internal communications and engagement strategy.

He works across our communications and people teams to communicate with staff and promote our vision and strategy internally.

Felipe is originally from Brazil and moved to the UK in 2021 to be reunited with his wife. Before specialising in communications, Felipe worked as a lawyer and obtained university degrees in both law and communications. His previous experiences also include working as a teacher and as a journalist in Brazil.

Over the past two years, he has worked at the University of Essex as an events and communications manager and oversaw communications for the Essex Law School and Human Rights Centre.

Outside of work, he spends his time reading, going to concerts, playing video games, binge-watching TV shows and trying to find cheap flights to international destinations.
