Ewa is a product designer for the Centre for Collective Intelligence Design at Nesta.
She is a product designer, creative leader and entrepreneurial problem-solver with experience building brands, products, and services, all while focusing on innovation and human-centred design. With a passion for facilitating multidisciplinary teams and fostering connections between people, she is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges, while staying rooted in the needs of individuals and communities.
Before joining Nesta, Ewa worked with Innovation Design Studio, several start-ups, including a mobility company focused on improving the daily commutes of care workers and redefining urban transportation through semi-autonomous solutions.
Outside of work, Ewa is an avid free diver and underwater video maker. She is deeply passionate about helping others feel 'connected to water' and fostering a greater sense of care for our oceans. This interest fuels her advocacy for sustainability and the preservation of marine environments.
A dedicated member of the SheSays global community of female creatives, Ewa also led the Service Design Fringe Festival in London for over three years, nurturing a vibrant community of designers from diverse backgrounds.
