What is the event?

This Nesta Sparks event focuses on future methods. Futures is an umbrella term for tools like horizon scanning, trend analysis, scenario planning and Delphi. The methods are used to analyse emerging trends, anticipate their impact and build stories about possible futures.

What is Nesta Sparks?

As part of our Insight event series, Nesta Sparks share Nesta’s practical knowledge around different ways to innovate. Each of the 14 Nesta Sparks sessions focus on a different method, whether it’s crowdfunding, challenge prizes, standards of evidence, or public and social innovation labs.

Who is it for and why should I come?

This event on future methods offers you the opportunity to come together with other practitioners and experts to share knowledge and perspectives and to learn from Nesta’s work.

You’ll hear Nesta staff in conversation with other practitioners about how these innovation approaches are being used in practice, and you’ll have the chance to network and ask further questions.
