What is the event?

This Nesta Sparks event focuses on challenge prizes. Challenge prizes offer a reward to whoever can first or most effectively meet a defined challenge. Through a public competition, challenge prizes aim to tap into and engage the broadest possible community of innovators in the solving of a specific problem or challenge.

What is Nesta Sparks?

As part of our Insight event series, Nesta Sparks share Nesta’s practical knowledge around different ways to innovate. Each of the 14 Nesta Sparks sessions focus on a different method, whether it’s crowdfunding, challenge prizes, standards of evidence, or public and social innovation labs.

Who is it for and why should I come?

This event on challenge prizes offers you the opportunity to come together with other practitioners and experts to share knowledge and perspectives and to learn from Nesta’s work.

You’ll hear Nesta staff in conversation with other practitioners about how these innovation approaches are being used in practice, and you’ll have the chance to network and ask further questions.
