Realising the Value open call: toolkits and learning materials

Our programme Realising the Value will be producing tools and resources for commissioners, practitioners and organisations that can equip the health and care system to take up high impact person-centred care practice at scale - for example by developing tools to support practitioners and organisations to introduce new ways of working.

We are aware that many organisations have already produced materials and toolkits aiming to spread adoption and good practice, and we want to learn from and build on these. We are now running an open call to help us collate examples of toolkits and learning materials in any of the five below areas (click the links for a summary of each). This is a great opportunity for your work to be nationally recognised and shared.

In this context, we define toolkits as: a resource (or integrated pack of resources) which enables people to take clear action - to do something differently and sustain that change going forward. You can upload your resources online. We will close the call on Tuesday 6 October.
