A short paper exploring how schools can use data to improve outcomes and ease pressure on teachers
Across sectors and across industries, data is fundamentally changing the way organisations and individuals operate. The public sector, previously slow off the mark, is rapidly catching up - but we have still made limited progress in education.
This short paper has been written following a roundtable we held in April looking at how industry, schools and government can make the most out of data. It looks at issues around data collection, data usage, trust and privacy and the edtech market, although it does not seek to be a comprehensive report on all issues around data in education.
