How innovation in welfare will address changing needs and make use of new tools
Here is a piece I've written on what might happen to welfare in the future. It's based on a talk I gave to the Nordic Council of Ministers.
Debates in Europe and North America tend to be rather fatalistic about where welfare is heading. I aim for a more global perspective, and look at how new tools may open up new options for welfare.
