I regularly come across reports and articles, and outputs from consultancies, claiming to have invented a new way of doing this. Yet there is not much cumulative learning in this field.
In this piece, I attempt a personal view on what collaboration and collective impact are, what has been learned, and how practice could improve, hopefully to prompt more argument and less unnecessary reinvention.
